What can I expect at my first appointment?

What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your initial appointment will include a tour of our office and meet and greet with Dr. Victoria and her team. The Dr. will also perform a comprehensive examination of your oral health to discuss any concerns and determine a treatment plan to meet your needs and goals.

What are your office hours?

We offer convenient morning, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate your schedule.

Do you offer emergency hours?

Yes, we understand that dental emergencies don’t always happen during regular office hours. Dr Victoria’s direct line is available 24 hours a day to existing patients or in case of emergency.

Does your office submit insurance for patients?
As a courtesy to our patients, we electronically submit your claim to any PPO dental insurance plan.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, your initial consultation is free and includes an office tour, plus a chance to meet and greet Dr. Victoria to discuss the best dental treatment options for your individual needs (D9310).
How often do I need to use dental floss?
Yes, you should floss your teeth daily. Brushing your teeth does not remove plaque that builds between the teeth and under the gumline. Flossing daily can prevent cavities forming between teeth, and gum disease.
How can I tell if I have gingivitis or periodontitis (gum disease)?
Typically the most common symptom of gingivitis is red, swollen gums that bleed very easily. Other symptoms may include, chronic bad breath, and white spots or plaques on the gums.

Periodontal disease is the advanced stage of gum disease caused when gingivitis is left untreated and can lead may lose gum tissue or bone around the teeth and the teeth may become loose or fall out. It is possible to have gingivitis and not notice any signs or symptoms, so regular visits to the dentist are vital in diagnosing the disease and taking steps in curing or reversing gum disease.

We accept most major credit cards and check for patients. We also offer 3rd party financing through Care Credit. Please ask one of our team members for further information.

Depending on the procedure we can provide sedation or other forms of treatment to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
